Supervision & Management

Designate a licensed community association manager (“CAM”) to be assigned to the Association. The CAM will supervise all contractors and any part-time or full-time employees to manage and operate the Association's normal daily routine business.
Human Resources

Manage personnel through Paycom, a web-based HR and payroll technology company. Paycom transforms the workplace by giving employees direct access to their data on an easy-to-use platform accessible through a desktop or cell phone. The software removes the administrative process of data entry, freeing HMS to focus on strategy that drives better service and staff management. (HMS will work with other payroll & HR vendors if you desire)
Property Maintenance Management (PPM)

Oversee maintenance and repair of the Association using onsite staff and vendors. Make purchases on behalf of the Association for all services, equipment, supplies and materials which are necessary or desirable for the maintenance and upkeep of the Association. Obtain competitive bids for all purchases of goods or services. Provide reporting on the status of any maintenance projects and/or routine maintenance.

HMS has partnered with the 7th largest bank in the United States. They currently serve the financial needs of more than 2,000 property management companies for more than 12,000 community associations through its automated payment processing service. The Association Services division has been around for more than 35 years providing payment processing and financial services to the property management and association industry.
Dedicated Property Management Software

Our software partner has combined top shelf solutions with a leading accounting platform to deliver the most comprehensive solution in property & community management. They provide an end-to-end solution that includes features such as accounting, AP/AR, operational workflows, resident communications, community event management, and bookkeeping and accounting services. Financial Services

Finances are critical and can be overwhelming. Therefore, HMS leverages an institution backed by decades of experience in financial management and owned by an esteemed CPA for all its accounting and bookkeeping services. Additionally, these services are customized to the Association. With this approach HMS focuses on service and managing your Association while a team of dedicated specialists will handle all your association’s financial service needs.

Operations Management

The operations management portion of our software solution tackles even the most complex of community requests. HMS stays continuously informed with advanced reporting, interactive dashboards, and automatic updates sent to all parties. We can easily assign and monitor in real-time all tickets and tasks for accurate resource planning.
